One of my favorite places to eat in Quito. You can't go wrong with the Sanduche de Pollo (chicken salad sandwich). Served on a large, fresh roll with lettuce and tomato, the chicken salad consists of perfectly seasoned chopped/shredded chicken with just the right amount of their in-house mayonnaise sauce. I actually prefer to eat just the chicken salad and tomato. It also comes with piping hot fries. Along with a bottle of diet Coke, the bill comes to 5.80 (2018 but they haven't raised their prices in over two years). Also try their heavenly desserts and hot drinks. Highly recommended!
I love their breads, they are just delicious! They have many king of breads, pastries and desserts. My favorite is cinnamon bread but Gusanito is good also and cheaper one. This bakery is quite expensive but good you are going to enjoy their products.
Very good bakery located to the North of Quito. It offers a big variety of sweets and bread. It would be delightful if you have a chance to take a cup of coffee in this place with a fresh piece of cake of your choice
