Miguel and Chivito are amazing guides! They ensure that you have a wonderful time and that everyone feels safe and is having fun. We even had an 11 year old with us on our tour and Chivito made sure to accompany the boy anytime he was really nervous or scared. They were super professional and not only made sure we had a great time but got some awesome go pro footage in both pictures and videos (which they give to you along with the package). The food we ate along the way home was AMAZING. Overall it was the best thing we did in Banos and I am very happy with the service. Highly recommend these guys. (This specific canyoning was amazing but might be a little hard for anyone truly scared of heights).

We used Ivagatours for River Rafting and Canyoning. We took our 11 year old son along with us. The guides were extremely helpful with him. When they saw him get a little nervous and scared they were able to take him aside and motivate him to keep going. They were Awesome. They knew their stuff well and provided all of us with a full day of fun and adventure. Awesome.

If you are looking for a location to plan your tours in Baños, look no further. After being “greeted” by 20 tour operators on my way from the bus stop to the hotel, I was feeling quite overwhelmed. Doing some research myself, I found this place. I went there and was immediately taken care of by the very friendly Lila (great English). As I only had a short amount of time in Baños, she went out of her way to squeeze all the “must do’s” into my schedule. The tours themselves were good, I can recommend the waterfall tour (due to time constraints I did the private tour), the Adventure Park (amazing!) and Casa se Arbol.

Super friendly and helpful adventure tour booking agency! They work with tour providers and accommodate you at all times of the day, unlike others that only have morning (9am) departures. For example, I did canyoning at 2:30pm, and rented an ATV from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Also, when I got back, streets were blocked so I couldn't drive the ATV to the shop, but the Ivaga owner came with me retrieved the ATV, and drove it himself to the shop. Also, they speak good English, and are super friendly! I booked all my adventures with them - caynoning and ATV today, ziplining and swing jumping tomorrow! 140 for everything.

Amazing experience! We went on the longest canyoning tour (so glad we did the long one since we couldn't get enough! ) I felt totally safe, the guides took a ton of pictures, and we did a variety of activities (repelling, jumping, sliding, zip line) thanks Alex and Gabriel!

We had a great day with Ivagatours. The morning was a bit boring but after lunch it was the most beautiful experience. Our guide left early for the walk to the waterfall which meant we were all alone at this stunning spot. When we left huge groups of tourists came and I felt lucky to be in a tour of 4 people. Food was great, the group was fun. I loved the afternoon activities and I would recommend everybody who has a short amount of time to do this beautiful trip!

Did the Cashaurco canyoning today with Gabriel Alex and Mateo, It was an awesome experience! Safety, patience and professionalism were there. We really had a blast. Huge plus in comparison to other school is that they have neoprene costumes that keep you warm.
