A complete nightmare. 401 room, my dark night. First of all the water was not working. On second place, the bathroom is not worth it for the price. The bed was so uncomfortable, it seemed that was about to break down. The remote was not working neither, I could not turn off the TV. I was not expecting that from that room, because the day before I stayed downstairs and everything was fine. Also I wanna shout-out to the chefs, they did an awesome job!

Services are great, swimming pool, basketball field, jacuzzi, thermal water, good location and activities. Breakfast was good too. I’m giving a 3 because the rooms have no ventilation. When the weather is warm there is no way to make it cooler or open a window.
This is a great location for s bite of the city. It has cabins and rooms. I would come for their hot spring and dream room. I wouldn't use their spa. Their spa is probably not the best in town. The rooms are separated by curtains. You can hear people talking down the hall. It's not a relax environment. The staff has no sense of respect to the client and magnesium a relax environment. They talk loudly and interfere in the session making noise. I have to day their restaurant is great for breakfast and dinner. Also, you can spend the entire day in the hotel, but I recommend exploring Baños
Nice place and very well located. They organise expeditions to the waterfalls with cheap prices... 5 dollars is the cost of the tour to the waterfalls in with a super cool "chiva".
Very good environment and it's a big and widely located.have a event banquet and as well as health club.sauna, viewpoint,lot of parking space.bar and restaurant. It's a boutique type hotel for long and short stay guest.big garden and good environment. Basically who love peace and calm place this hotel is very best choice.
Beautiful setting. We stayed in a cabin in the middle of an amazing garden set against a forested cliffside. Unfortunately the spa allows drinking all the time and a few guests drank so much that they passed out in the pool. That cant be safe or clean.
To me, this place is okay for just a night if you’re traveling on the road and need a place to rest at. Rather basic rooms that I don’t think are worth the price honestly. I know it’s a hotel thing to have firm mattresses to minimize replacement of them, but man...their mattresses were hard as hell. Harder than any mattress at a hotel, bed and breakfast, hostel, etc. that I’ve been to. I woke up angry and with an aching body. Their food was good as well as the service. Good amount of options for breakfast (both food and beverage wise) and it’s complimentary. There’s free parking.
This is an awesome place. It has a spa, 2 pools, jacuzzi, thermal spa area, basketball court, game room, restaurant and karaoke bar. Tbh, you could very well spend ur time here and only go to town for shopping. It was pretty nice.
