Easily the best food i have had in Baños. Not only that, it's more economical than any of its competitors. It has really good artesian beer which goes up to 14 percent alcohol.The owners cook in shop and are very friendly. Go for the barbecue or honey mustard hot wings.

Fantastic place! Very good BBQ Chicken wings (and fries) The gentleman working there is incredibly friendly and was very kind with my broken Spanish. Probably going back tomorrow? Loved it, good views of the mountains and great beer!

Come here for delicious, well priced, ginormous hamburgers. I recommend the La Super Mega Burger, the Club House, and to drink the Lager 11 and Black Lager Beer. We also have children under the age of 7 and they wipe the plates clean every time we come to Simplex! I am from the United States and live in Ecuador also and the La Super Mega burger is the best burger in Baños I have been able to find! Bien Provecho!
