When the work that needed to be done was more than expected, Dr. Krisna Casal did everything she could to make sure I left with it complete. Dr. Casal is just amazing. As a tourist I came to her with several issues . She has a gentle touch and the replacement of my 4 old fillers was done perfectly. When we got the molar that needed a root canal Dr Casal and her associate, Dr Jiménez, a specialized endodontist, went above and beyond !!They took a great deal of time making sure that all was done to perfection and would not set for less than that. They made sure at all time that the environment was sterile and that I was pain free. I usually see my dentist in the United States (or in France when I travel) but nowhere have I met such a level of professionalism. From what I have research they have adopted they latest, most updated approach to my complicated root canal treatment. I contacted the practice via What'sApp (voice or text) and they responded promptly answering all my questions before I made my appointment. They texted me to follow up the day after my treatment and again after my air travel. I left so impressed by the care I received that if in the future I was to need complicating or extensive dental work I would make the trip to Quito to have Dr Casal or Dr Jiménez do it.
