A healthy (vegan) place in Cuenca that offers almuerzos (blue plates) and a la carte. Several options and variations can be made. The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. You feel at home right away. I will definitely paying them many more visits.
Delicious vegan almuerzos came with a nice mint tea. I can’t wait to come back another time.
3 for a fantastic veggie lunch! You receive a soup, plate of rice and veggies, salad, and a juice for the low price of 3.25. You can also just have a soup for 2. They also have brown rice instead of the usual white that is served at lunch spots.
We had lunch there for just 3.50 dollars per person. It was a big portion with soup, a hot plate, some salad and fresh juice which was really tasty! If you like vegetarian food you should definitely check this out. The restaurant is also cozy but they only speak spanish.
Two words: Satan Burger! Ask for extra Aji. So good! soooo good! also the "tallarin saltado con Gluten" is good too. but that burger! oh my god! id go to cuenca just for that burger!
