very happy with all the treatments! Clinica Borja is amazing. I had a nose job and my wife had laser treatments. The results were amazing and I do feel very satisfied. The place might be quite small but I heard the are changing soon, so I look forward to visit them soon!! VERY RECOMMENDED

I traveled to South America having good hopes on this place. My experience was horrible the front desk downs very unfriendly guy. The Receptionist didn’t care about my reason for being there. I asked to see a List Of facials they offered and she just told me to go online and showed me the door!
Reading the reviews here it would seem like a totally different place than the one I went to, in regards of the staff, which I think was for the most part rude and unprofessional. Starting at the front desk when I greeted the receptionist she didn't even say "Hello" back, and a guy that was next to her (don't really know what his role there was) was just standing there with a frown face staring at me and the person I went with. The waiting room was very small but nice. When I finally got the opportunity to meet and speak to the doctor, he was very polite, but not even 2 minutes into the meeting he got a call and started to talk about personal matters right in front of us , like we weren't there, which was really unprofessional.besides that, the doctor informed me that he does not provide a computer generated image of what to expect after the surgery, so that was a bummer. I understood his reasoning on why he doesn't do it bit I find it hard to get a surgery without knowing what to expect. At the end of everything, I was quoted almost the same amount for the surgery as the prices in the USA. So the overall experience was very bad for me and the only reason I give this place 2 stars is because of the doctor's detailed information and politeness.
Dr Francisco Borja and his staff are amazing! His staff go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. Dr Francisco Borja ask what your goals and hopes are for better and healthier skin and then gives suggestions and helps you move forward to achieve that goal. He answered all my questions honestly and made me feel very comfortable and reassured! It's more than just a procedure with him! Highly recommended!
The staff are professional, reassuring and incredibly informative. Wouldn't recommend anywhere else for in electable or cosmetic procedures, my expectations were far beyond exceeded and I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience. You were very punctual, friendly and very efficient. Definitely coming back to you next time, thank you. Highly recommended.
All the staff, Dr Francisco Borja are the best ever! I have always had an incredible experience there as well as my surgery and injections. I felt so comfortable and welcomed when I was there and the staff are so amazing. The results are beyond my expectations and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to feel better / improve themselves in anything that worries her. Amazing staff! Always making sure you are okay. Checking up on you 24/7, before AND after the surgery. I strongly recommend.
