Service is pretty good and the staffs are super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious but bit old. Amenities were little bit limited. AC worked perfect but the bedding could have been better. Noise from the airport prevented me from getting deep sleep.

Excellent views in their suites, would recommend the upgrade for only a few dollars more. Bathroom is large and the suite I got had 2 pull out couches which was handy. The couches are single beds so don't plan to have 2 people on there comfortably. The decor is amazing in the lobby, free parking at this time, and the mattress was comfortable too.

Great location, spaciousness rooms, very friendly service. Nice area nearby. The only thing is that I wished the swimming pool at the roof floor would have a size that it would be possible to swim at it.
Best service in Guayaquil. I tried other hotel chain in the past but I was never fully satisfied with their service so this time O decided to try another option. The location is good, near the business area of Guayaquil and a fast drive to Samborondon. The rooms are good size and breakfast buffet is good. All staff was kind and helpful.

Hotel is a bit dated and could really benefit from updating the rooms. My bathroom had a bit of a odor from the drain, had to keep the door closed. Regardless, the staff was incredible and extremely helpful in assisting my limited Spanish speaking self, in getting to and from work. Arranging trusted taxi services, food recommendations, etc. The bar closes a bit early, which limited me in ending the night the way I’d prefer. They even have a shuttle that runs to and from the airport, which can be arranged to pick you up on arrival. Marriott should use this Courtyard as a model for how services should be at all Courtyards in the United States.
