I am writing this while recovering from Prostate surgery which occurred here on the 8th of May 2018. The fact that I am still here on my third stay in three weeks is a health and quality issue. I was discharged twice while having a severe urinary infection which was a very painful oversight. I started by giving them one star but that wasn't fair to the standard of the equipment (they have a DaVinci machine) and that of the staff. Despite the prices charged this is not a luxury clinic. In general things are 'fit for purpose ' but no frills. In my now 22 days here the heating has yet to function. Bring your own box of tissues as none is provided and they appear to have run out of toiletries. The medical staff know what they are doing but the hospital administration are something else. THEY DON'T ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARDS. The excuses given are a chain of lies and they take your card as a guarantee and only when you are about to leave tell you that they have no facility to clear it. It's at night, you are in a wheelchair and the administrator has brought security with her to ensure you come up with an alternative method of a payment in excess of 20,000. After nearly two hours my surgeon resolved the issue but the hospital administration did absolutely nothing. No one was threatening, they all looked like deer trapped in headlights who lacked the imagination to find a solution.

Ottimo ospedale, servizio eccellente consigliatissimo. Fatto un intervento a mia mamma per due tumori al pancreas ed e andata tutto liscio e senza complicazioni. Da consigliare un eccellente medico il dottore Carlos Lopes uno dei migliori al mondo, nel intervento whipple uno degli interventi più complessi che esista. Infermieri e personale di accoglienza di ottima scelta molto attenti e gentili. Grazie di tutto.

Muy desagradable la experiencia que le pasó a mi madre, tuvo que irse del hospital estando en la sala de emergencia ya que esperaron que primero esté todo pagado para luego decirnos que solo tienen espacio en zonas altas de covid y luego en la devolución nos robaron 40 dólares con una segunda facturación.

La salud y la vida no es un experimento. La vida no acepta "errores humanos". La negligencia médica es evidente en éste Hospital y como una experiencia nefasta propia realizo está reseña. Los médicos residentes no están atentos de la salud del paciente, no realizan las oportunas interconsultas y como familiar tuve que llamar al médico tratante reportando que síntomas presentaba mi padre, una negligencia que le dejó a mi papá con anemia y con un tratamiento por un año que no se hicieron responsables. Pésima experiencia, pésimo momento, pésima atención. Fué atendido en julio del presente año.
