This is one of the better hotels you will find in Quito and certainly the best of the international chains. It has some very nice amenities like a beautiful pool and full spa. The rooms are quite spacious and updated. I thought the Executive Club had nice offerings (very nice compared to many) and the staff were very pleasant. If you need concierge services they can connect you with some good tours and private taxis. If you continuing through on a journey this is a great stop.

The JW Marriott is an upscale part business, part resort-like hotel. It has conference rooms but also has a nice pool and a spa. There is a restaurant inside and the Exe Lounge has nice views on the 9th floor. The Elite breakfast is a full breakfast and you can order omelet or enjoy its many other offerings. Staff at this hotel are very efficient and helpful. It also has a driver service attached for moving about the City. The rooms are large and clean. I have stayed in other hotels in Quito, and I recommend this one as one of the more comprehensive. It is also near Plaza Foche which is the bar and restaurant area.
The hotel is beautiful, and the room is very nice. All of the staff have been very courteous and friendly. Buffet lunch at the Bistro was pretty good. Over all I would definitely recommend.

Great customer service and installations.
This is a nice hotel in Quito,Ecuador. The rooms are big enough and clean. JW Marriot offers a city tour if you are interested. They have shops and restaurants so you dnt have to go out. The breakfast are nice. They have hotel car that can bring you back to the airport. The hotel is also near to a shopping center.
I will definitely be back to stay here at the JW Marriot Quito. The staff are so nice. And the food, it was so good!
I am very sorry for this bad review, but considering that I went to have lunch at Bistro Restaurant at Marriott Hotel in Quito I had high expectations, first of all I have to say that the service was superb Hugo our waiter was very nice and kind, but the food is 1 star not at all Marriott Quality, I order a club sandwich and I'm sorry but that was not a club sandwich I send it back and they try to fix it but still was not good, my partner order a Cesar Salad and again she sent it back cause the presentation was complicared the lettuce was not slice and chicken portions were to big, it was complicated for as a customer to mix ur own salad. Marriott people I hope you can improve the food quality
