The boat is nice and the diving in Seymour is incredible however we did a discovery dive which had very little instruction. The intructor pulled us down too quickly causing war problems that lasted days. They clearly had little experience with new divers and should not offer a discovery dive I would not go here if you’re a first time diver. If you are a certified diver the trip would be good and isn’t a bad price.

We are two innexperienced divers who took a trip with nautidiving. We could not be happier. Thanks to jesus who was patient and a brilliant instructor for a discovery dive. We could not have asked for a better day
The dives, were good and the boat was nice, but on first dive I had just under a 1000 air and because they had 1 dive master for about 7 people the guide decided I had to go up with the guy who had used all he's air, so I lost 5/10 minutes of diving. My girlfriend paid for snorkeling, the second dive was at Daphne, there is very poor visibility and strong currents, it is a coral wall so it is not possible to snorkel close enough to the island to see anything because of the currents, I felt this should have been mentioned prior to her paying 120usd for an unguided snorkel day. We went to the shop after the dive to get the photos, they told us to come back at 8pm when the photos would be ready, when we got there at 7:50 the shop was closed, I messaged them to ask if they could send me the photos and just said the internet is too slow. We also went the following morning after 9am and they were still closed. This is just outright rude and poor customer service. There are a lot of dive companies on Santa Cruz which go to the same places, I would suggest trying another as they all charge the same price.
Did a 2 tank dive with this company at Seymour North and Mosquera. The company was very professional and the equipment was in good condition. They provided 7 mm wet suits, which was nice in the colder water (16 degrees C). My father did a discovery dive as well, and they were very safe with the new divers. The transport from Puerto Ayora to the boat (by Baltra) was quick and efficient via included taxi and zodiak. The dive boat was a large sailboat, but powered by a diesel engine. Lots of space to unwind and settle in on the way to the dive site. They did a very thorough safety briefing regarding the 2 sites. For diving, you load your gear into a zodiak inflatable boat and backwards roll in. It was exciting and fun! Saw lots of sharks! The dive masters were great at keeping track of the group and rounding people up before they fell behind. Only downside is the downstairs cabin guilds with a bit of diesel fumes when operating, but it wasn't too bad.
I'm so mad they lost all of my pictures and videos for first 2diving. I did 4 divings in here. First day They said they can give me the pictures but they coudln't cause they didn't downloaded it. So I went there the day after cause they said they will get the pictures but they still didn't have it. I needed to leave the island so I was mad. But they said when I cameback I can get the pictures so I paid for the whole (4times) diving. I didn't need to (I brought my gopro on second 2diving) but I bought them cause I can have 4 diving vids & pics. When I came back to santacruz they said they erase pictures everyday. What the hell? It means They never checked the pictures before and lied to me. It's more than three time I came here they lied all the time didn't even check it before.
Scam! The slick guy in the office will lie until he has your money. Boat is filthy and runs off a makeshift Diesel engine that sits on the deck and spews fumes everywhere. The company keeps deleting their Google Maps listing to clear away the bad reviews. Check trip advisor and other sites to get the truth.

Excelentes servicios y atención. Hice un discovery con ellos que realmente hizo la diferencia en poder bucear con tanque! El instructor Jesús fuera de serie por conocimientos y calidad humana. Una experiencia que atesoro. Nos proporcionaron otros servicios de nivel. La atención y disposición a ajustarse en la medida de lo posible a las necesidades del cliente y siempre con una atención humana y cálida lo hacen un establecimiento muy recomendable.
