I visited this cafe after strolling around Plaza de Independencia. Beautiful cafe with delicious food, seating is limited but location is very strategic so you can enjoy meal with fantastic view if you seat outdoor. Worth the price for delicious meals ️ Instagram & Youtube: Merrie Elizabeth

Food is good, service is great (they speak english) and just a great place to sit! We had a few beer and watched Independence Day Parade.
I thought it was going to be a “ tourist trap” with great location & average food.... Yet, it was a great restaurant all around! Go for it; lots of locals went for it
Great little spot direct on the square. Indoor and outdoor seating. Yummy sandwiches reasonably priced and even a happy hour for beer. Pop in for people watching.
The food was very inexpensive, and this restaurant is one of the few vegetarian restaurants in Quito. However, it was not very high quality. The portions were very large, and the food was not bad, but it was your basic rice and tofu dishes that sit out on a buffet and servers spoon you a serving onto a lunch tray. That said, it seems pretty busy so some people must like it. We had to wait to get a table when we went. It was not my cup of tea but again other people seemed to enjoy it.
