To maximize our time in Quito, we booked Gray Line Ecuador's Full Day Quito City & Equator Tour and loved it. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. And Gray Line made it really convenient by picking us up and dropping us off at our hotel. We had a great experience!!

Felt rushed and unorganized
Misleading, uncommunicative, and completely unhelpful. We booked an expensive four-day tour with them that turned out to be a one day tour plus airport pickup. In addition, we were provided with vague and often incorrect information, which led to confusion and stress on our otherwise lovely trip - when we tried to find out what was happening they were hard to get hold of and offered little help.
Prompt pickup from hotel then it’s all down hill from there. As an English speaking person this tour is terrible, our guide Katie would spend 15 minutes explaining sites to Spanish speaking guests then if we where lucky a minute in English that was difficult to understand and lacked detail as another lady on tour told us what was actually explained in Spanish. I would highly recommend you find another tour group as this was a waste of money for English speaking tourists
These people are the worst. No communication, falsely advertised our hotel accommodations, and our excursions. If you like the “bait and switch” this is the company for you. If you want a honest, well organized, and professional company DO NOT USE GRAY LINE EQUADOR!!!! I’d give them less than 1 star if I could.
They were supposed to pick us up from the airport and never showed up. No emails, no explanations why. Totally not reliable. Do not book with them or you will be standing and waiting for ever. Get a taxi which is much cheaper then this company.
Run away, it's a scam! I booked a private boat trip. The day before they warn me that we will be with 8 other people. They promise to refund me the difference .... After 2 months, I have always had no refund!
Recently went on the otovalo market tour. Guide and bus driver were excellent! I would highly recommend this tour company
