Terrible service for the price. The travel agency charged about four times what it would have cost if you just flew into the Galapagos Islands yourself. The food that was provided in the package was sub-standard. We ended up eating on our own half the time. The hotel they reserved for us was run by a woman that allowed her children to run around the hallways. The WiFi they promised was slower than the 3g services from my smart phone provider. They changed our itinerary once on the Island. The boats they book for us to take us from island to island were dangerous providing no life jackets. The touring guides told us that the tourism was at about 40% capacity. We were able to talk to the abundant of travel agents on the main islands, finding out that this agency charged us up the 4times the actual cost. This agency is extremely unethical.
