Best pork I've had in 6 months in Ecuador, and believe me, I've tried everything from the coast to Quito. Wonderful (bilingual) service, lively and warm atmosphere, open kitchen and the chef and her husband took the time to talk to us after service was over. I don't know how often I'll be back to Quito, but I'll eat here every time.

Went with a large party and had the BEST experience. Delicious drinks, interesting yummy dishes, and a helpful and engaging waitstaff that helped our large group choose a delicious combination of dishes. Must try!!

The outside of the restaurant has beautiful murals that are very welcoming and unique. When I first entered the restaurant, I was greeted by the hostess and then the very friendly owner, Signo. He made my friends and I feel very at home and comfortable. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the restaurant and really took care to serve us well. The food was spectacular and plated so beautifully like a work of art! The menu is very unique but still holds true to its Ecuadorian roots. With my vegetarian, dairy-free, and gluten-free food restrictions, they were super accommodating and didn't make me feel like an inconvenience at all. I will certainly be returning and bringing more people to experience this lovely establishment!

Ecuador is a beautiful place and this cute restaurant is amazing. The food was fantastic and used local ingredients. The employees spoke English and described the dishes to us very well. The food and ambiance here made our first night in Quito the best experience possible. Signo and his bilingual staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, while his wife Alejandra is an amazing chef behind some of the best dishes we ate in Quito. Great for group dinners or solo dining, beautiful restaurant with quality food and innovative drinks to back up the environment. They recently revamped the menu, and I highly recommend the El Wahoo Salsero (kind of like a ceviche, was my favorite of the night), aguachiles (grilled swordfish), pork tenderloin, and beef, Paiche Amazónico (Amazonian grilled fish). But you can’t really go wrong here, everything was fantastic.
