Rooms: 10/10 Service: 4/10 Food: 4/10 If you are staying at this hotel make sure to not include dinner or breakfast. Not worth the "extra" price per night. Rooms are fine, but service needs a lot of improvement.
Good hotel well located near a nice park in Quito. It has nice and welcoming staff, great breakfast and lunch. The lobby area is very comfortable too. The bedroom is well maintained, with very comfortable bed. The bathroom is large, it has toiletries and hairdryer, and the shower area is featured for people with disabilities as well. When I go to Quito, I always stay at this hotel.
Amazing food during dinner. Valentine’s Day was really nice with live music and dancing. Many people enjoyed the time and night...
My company makes me spend one week in preventive quarentine, I did it in Wyndham. They have improved the food service, the room is comfortable and I can spend the quarentine there. Wyndham should have find the way to clean the room in quarentine, and this last visit I didn't have bathroom menage. And the have to improve the wifi internet a lot. Room service is cordial.
First time in Quito and this hotel surprised me! We came all the way from China to spend our days with Wyndham Garden for 6 nights, and it was PERFECT! Especially, the breakfast! My favorite! And we came back from Galápagos and stayed here for 2 more nights. Friendly staff and 24 hours coffee, juice, fruit tea,special soup, cookies!!!! And so much more.
Excellent hotel, very well appointed, great location. Ideal for businesses travelers.
