I've been there twice. The first one I couldn't even get a table with a very unfriendly waiter. I gave them a second chance and ordered Ceviche (I've tried better ones in the normal street market for 5 bucks), Pulpo (which was good), and a fried Fish with potatoes (nothing outstanding). The quality/price ratio is very low. As it's an expensive place so I expected good food. There won't be a third time.

Loved this place... the variety of delicious seafood was amazing.
This might be the best seafood restaurant in the city and amongst the very best restaurants in Quito. The ingredients are top notch, the sauces are so flavorful and balanced, the fish was cooked to perfection. I highly, highly recommend coming here. Dishes: ceviche mixto fumet camarón y maní, pulpo a la parrilla, fresh fish with aji y vino blanco sauce. Everything was excellent and exceeded my expectations.
Z-Food is one of my favorite restaurants in Quito: great food - including vegan and vegetarian options - with great drinks. The restaurant is a must for those who love sea food. The architecture of the space is also very nice, similating a boat, with plenty of natural light - a very comfortable place. Do not forget to make a reservation, especially during weekends.

Great seafood place in Quito! Another awesome restaurant by the Z Group. The atmosphere is pretty cool, it feels likes you are dining in a fancy fish market. The food was also pretty good. Shoutouts to the salmon tartar with miso!

Zfood is amazing... Great dishes with 100% Ecuadorian ingredients. I'm there for the ceviche, Ecuadorian Style... Just love it. The bar has an awesome dry vodka Martini, tons of fresh seafood, but the dessert menu needs a little extra work. A bit on the pricey side, worth every penny though. Thank you Zfood!!!!
