Very nice place to have some beers and a snack. Good craft beer selection. Live music available on weekends. Good service. They did not have cheese so most plates were unavailable -1star.

This is THE BEST PLACE in Ecuador for a night out with friends who love specialty beers. They have the biggest international artisanal selection of beers, that I know of, in Ecuador. The focus seems to be on Belgian beers. The best ones, such as Chimay, Delirium Tremens, Golden Draak, Timmermans and others. Their staff (and owners) are very knowledgeable about their beers. The bar food is great too. A nice selection of many different kinds of snacks, going from chicken wings to more sophisticated plates. You'll be pleasantly surprised. The location is also superbe. You can sit outside on a covered patio or sit inside and watch a sports game on the many TV's. Salud!

This is a great place. It has the feel of a mix btw a gastropub and sports bar in the States. Rather small but very classy and nicely decorated. If you a beer snob, its a great place to indulge your senses and try the local hops. They specialize in offering local brews not available in stores. Plus, the finger food is made of Ecuadorian staples like green plantains which makes for a tasty palate explosion. They have live music on Saturdays. No one is carded but prices and the ambiance is geared towards a 21 crowd (mid-20s and 30s). Recommended food: Wedged potatoes skins (a bit spicy but pairs well with a cold beer) and "Patacon Macho": a plate of fried green plantains with white cheese and avocado and steak strips (to die for!). Prices: 2 beers 1 appetizer 25

Crowded, food can be improve on quantity and quality, decent beer selection of local and import, although draft beer sometimes taste like there's contamination on the lines, staff and service is ok. Oh and in the name it says brewery co. but they don't make there own beer. Upside is the atmosphere and the decoration very well done. Too bad beer and food does not keep up otherwise wound be a 5 star.

Expensive beer. Terrible service. Had to repeatedly flag down waiters who were spending their time folding napkins and chatting. We asked to share one litre of beer and they took our order, but when it showed up in one glass they ignored our request for a second. When we asked again they told us that it was strictly one beer per person. Staff seem to resent their jobs and customers. Utterly charmless location by a busy and noisy road. No atmosphere. A regrettable visit.

The first time we went in the middle of the day it was empty, with quick service and delicious beer. The second time we went, on a Saturday evening, they refused to sit us at any of the three open tables that they had. We were told that since there were just two of us and the tables held four that we could not sit there as they want to save them just in case a group of four people show up. Never have I had a restaurant value its customers so little for the potential of maybe making more profit if someone else shows up. As we were leaving another two couples arrived and did not stay because of the same problem.
