What a nice place! Took the room with shared bathroom upstairs. Super cozy with the electric heater. Hot showers. We enjoyed all the meals. A very good night sleep before climbing Cotopaxi :)

The owners and people who works here are very kind and nice. The food is extremely delicious. The hostel section is also very beautiful and has various details. One of the best hostels and restaurants I have been in Ecuador(or maybe the best one). Highly recommended and thanks to people who works there.
Super location and view to the volcano Cotopaxi. The host is very friendly he'll give you many information about Ecuadorian traditions and its musik. The food in the restaurant is excellent for dinner and breakfast. The portion of the meals are really huge. Enjoy the stay!
The restaurant is a cute little stop on the way to Cotopaxi but the food is absolutely not worth it. The ambience is nice and the servers are friendly, but they need a new chef! We had grilled fish and steak with eggs and both dishes were overly salty and it was a disappointing lunch!!
WHAT A PLACE!!! Amazing owners, delicious food, comfortable rooms with hot water. This is a place to stay when visiting Cotopaxi. Fernando, the owner is the nicest person we have met in Ecuador. Also what really stolen my heart from the moment we entered Rondador was fresh flowers everywhere (also in the room where we were staying). I would recommend this place 1000%
The best hot chocolate in Ecuador if not the world (seriously)! We stayed here for 3 nights on our way South to Latacunga; Fernando is the face of the place and couldn’t be nicer if he tried! He picked us up from the roadside, had welcome drinks ready, waited on us hand and foot, performed traditional music for us in the evening, gave us a room upgrade when another family left and even drove us to Latacunga (for a very reasonable price). The food is great (we recommend the Locro de papa [potato soup]), all large portions. They have mountain bikes for hire and Diana is a guide who can take you up Cotopaxi - we were the first to the glacier when we visited, which is the beauty of being so close to the volcano; be warned though it can get seriously cold at the top!
