When I first came to Adhikara. I just fell in love with the space, the location and with Lorena. We were so shocked when we found that we all had a vision for this sanctuary to blossom into something even grater. And when Lore kindly agreed to hand the project over to us... it was a dream come true. We really hope that with time it continues to grow and provide sanctuary to more and more of us. So happy to be a part of this project.
I took the free Saturday class and it was fabulous. I really enjoyed the mood and space and found the experience all around delightful.
This yoga studio offers the best workout for all levels of your yoga practice. Lore is a master of showing each step to achieve each pose perfectly. I take yoga here in the U.S., but this is by far a most excellent experience. I highly recommend Adihikara!!
