This Company arranged our 3 week travels throughout Ecuador. They did it extremely well, everything went flawless. Their drivers responsible for the transfers in between locations were NEVER late, and always friendly and competent, even acting as impromptu tourist guides when we passed something of interest. The hotels were nice, all with super friendly staffs. All in all, we had the best journey.
The service provided by Silvia at Andean travel was exceptional, quick and professional . I gave her a call and she found me a last minute cabin and flight for a Galapagos cruise within a few minutes. She quickly fixed problems and anticipated some. She checked flights and emailed me to advise me of a last minute time changes. I really appreciated not having to go to the airport middle of the night for nothing. The agency even sent someone at the airport to greet me and insure that I got on the flight ok. I would certainly recommend both Silvia and Andean travel.
We did a Galapagos Cruise with the Andean Travel Company and it was amazing. Arranging it was really easy and we got to transfer money to a dutch bank. The cruise itself was absolutely fantastic. We've seen some amazing animals and had a perfect vacation! I recommend Andean travel company to everyone!
We highly recommend Andean Travel. We just returned from a 5 day cruise on the Odyssey in the Galapagos and it was an amazing experience. Silvia worked with us to put the cruise together and she was excellent to work with. I highly recommend working with this travel company!!!
Terrible cruise on ship Galaven in Galapagos from Andean Travel Company. We booked through Condor travel, but the whole thing was managed by ATC who made an lied to us about engine failures, boat damages and left us stranded on the boat for a whole day. What an utter waste of time to Galapagos islands. No refund provided to me yet so i'm going to leave this 1star here. DO NOT BOOK.
In one word : PERFECT !! Really amazing experience with this agency. Everything was organized in a perfect way to make us feel home in Ecuador and to ensure us having the most splendid time in this amazing country. The guides were experienced and had all a lot of knowledge in their field. The drivers were always on time and also very experienced. Silvia, from the customer service, was of a super great help and found a quick solution to the small issues we encountered. Really professionnal team !! Best service ever !
