My husband and I came here for part of our honeymoon because it looked like a very nice, relaxing place. The room and view from the balcony were nice and so was the breakfast. The only thing that wasn’t so nice was the “gerente” - she was not professional. There were loud voices coming from the front desk starting at 7 in the morning both mornings we were there. For the lack of consideration from her, I rate this place 2 stars. I wish we had stayed at a different place in Baños where we wouldn’t have had to worry about rude front desk staff.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Its located right on the river and provides stunning views and scenery. We paid 63 for a single bed which was worth it for the experience and location, it also include breakfast. Only thing I could complain about is you can hear everything from our room.
Excellent service. Everyone is very helpful. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean. A bit far from town if you walk but 5 mins by car. It is worth it if you want to rest away from the noise and hectic nightlife in town.
We’ve got a dirty room (found a lot of hair on the bed sheets) but the lady changed the room as the hotel was empty. We were told breakfast was from 8, came down at 8:15 and waited for about 20 minutes to get one. One must get used to this perception of time I guess :)
We loved this hotel! The view is so incredibly beautiful! It's definitely worth the 5 min (1.50) taxi ride to be out in nature. The staff is also really nice and very accommodating. I would love to return!
This place is a MUST to visit when you come to Ecuador. Staff is extra friendly and location view is the best. I will definitely recommend this resort .
A friend and I had reservations here, and pretty much told use to take a hike and that they were going to keep our money. Despite of us not being able to use our reservation, due to Covid. There ARE many other hotels to stay at in Baños which won’t scam you. Don’t get tricked on booking this hotel, not worth the trouble, plus another friend that stayed there it wasn’t worth it. It is overpriced and shifty accommodations. Book ANOTHER HOTEL, and ENJOY your trip. BOOK THIS HOTEL, and RUIN your trip.
Don’t stay here, I never used my reservation and they never refunded me! They pretty much told me to go screw myself! NOT worth the trouble!
