Excellent, American gastropub style food. It reminds me of the Shake Shack back in the United States. Good selection of beer. Their hamburgers and sandwiches are some of the best anywhere. Service is fast and prices are average.

Currently, my favourite burger place in Quito. The restaurant is not in a central location, however a trip to Av. Del maestro will totally be worth it for Chios burgers. They have a variety of options and the staff is helpful and kind. Additionally, their prices are not expensive. Btw, it's a pet friendly place. Keep it up!
