Great chocolate tour - 10 is a great value for what you get - I learned a lot and got a to try so many different forms of chocolate and other artisanal foods. Sergio is an awesome tour guide and can guide in English if you need.

Great tour, friendly people, good food. Definitely a nice place to go while in Mindo! The chocolate process tour is a great intro into the industry, is fairly priced, and involves eating chocolate! I recommend you stay behind after to try a Cacao Margarita (a bit pricey, but unique and delicious) or their homemade ginger beer (high alcohol content- you'll feel it!).

Today I had a wonderful tour with guide Sergio. I totally recommend him and the tour. For 10USD you see cacao from the bean to the final product. You are guided through the garden with its products and you can taste raw chocolate, different chocolate bars, brownie and chocolate tea. I am sure you will love it!

Beautiful setting a little walk above the centre of town with good views out over Mindo. Good for seeing birds too. Coffee and sweets were ok but there are better, cheaper options in town. The chocolate is good as it is generally in Mindo. The wifi was very poor when I was there and service not very friendly.

If you are in Mindo and like chocolate this is a must. Guides are extremely knowledgeable, you will taste all different grades /blends of chocolate, and learn quite a bit about how it's made, different labelling techniques, etc. At the end they give you plenty of chocolate to snack on. Prices for bars afterwards are a little high but you know they are good quality
