The place is decent but not really good. It lacks a food court and varieties of places to eat. Also, since there isn't a food court, the places to seat scarce. Only a few benches are available and are usually occupied. You have to buy something at Juan Valdez or other places in order to be able to use their seats. Policentro is more like a place to have some coffee and buy specific stuff.

One of the better malls in Guayaquil or Ecuador for that matter. Plenty of different places to shop. You can buy clothes, phones, televisions or grab a bite to eat at a nice restaurant. Always clean with plenty of security.
