Best souvenir! Great quality authentic Panama hats- good service

Bad service, (didn't know product well- all hats stacked in a big pile- quite surprising when some of them are 800) not great hats (not sized properly - some mediums smaller than those marked small) and not open when they say they are. Very different prices to the website and very few of the hats shown on the website in stock. Much better hat shops elsewhere in Quito
