I really don't like this store since the staff is trained to follow a "fix it all script" they smile at you, and always agree with you following your comments, but when you ask for a solution they tell you the same story a doctor tells you... "this will be solved in 2 -3 working days" (take 2 - 3 aspirons and come to visit me again in two weeks ). But the reason I say I liked this place is because I had a complicated situation (created by themselves!!), and there's a sweet young lady that took it personal and she was on and on until my situation was solved, she got my back, so I'm thankful to her and that's why I like that store

Truely sucks and completely a waste of time Spend 3 hours buying a phone, and in the end, they say their system isn't functional now, have to wait 2 more hours. And if it's possible, don't buy phone in Ecuador. The phone are like 2 years ago and super expensive.

Incredible inefficient and useless staff. I don't know why they employ these people at all. They are just idling around or leaving their service points randomly while telling you they can not help you, referring to their coworkers or pretending to be bus with something. Not to mention the service automat was broken. After over half an hour of trying to get help for 2 minutes i left the shop and bought a claro chip, where people were friendly and helpfull and everything was done within 5 minutes.

A representative of the Movistar company lied to me. He told me, that I'd I buy a sim card and charge it for 7 dollars, I'll have 1.5 GB of Internet. I asked him a few times, because I wanted to be sure. The plan costs 15 dollars and sim card costs 7. But he convinced me that it's gonna work. I believed him and bought a sim card. I never had 1.5 GB. I had 200 MB that comes with the SIM card. And for 7 dollars I could only have 600 MB more. I don't know why he lied to me about this, but it was clearly a lie. At the time internet stopped working, I was in the other city and couldn't go back to Quito. I won't bit recommend using Movistar. Hola to Claro instead. They have much better customer service.

El local de Movistar Quicentro Norte cumple con todos los protocolos de bioseguridad. La atención podría ser un poco más ágil y su personal más capacitado. La atención al cliente vía telefónica durante la cuarentena y post cuarentena ha sido bastante deficiente. Creo que hay trámites que se podrían hacer vía telefónica evitando la visita del cliente a sus oficinas, más aún en estos momentos donde el distanciamiento físico es vital.

Fui a comprar un teléfono de 1800 dolares y pues el vendedor prácticamente me la puso tan difícil que termine comprándolo en el movistar de quicentro y con obsequios además
