I thought the presentation was lovely and although the food tasted fine, for vegans, it was a bit lacklustre. They couldn't do vegan tempura or even some of the lovely sauces (like maracuyá) like they had for the meat offerings. I was shocked at the bill too. US prices and the portions were much smaller. We had an amazing sushi experience in Cuenca and thought we would get the same in Quito. I guess we'll keep looking...
Worst sushi experience I’ve had my entire life. The „tempura“ was a Floppy piece of rice with unidentifiable pieces of fish, the decoration and setup of the sushi itself was without a clear plan and the other rolls tasted bland. I’d rather buy sushi in a supermarket than paying these entirely unjustified prices here. Service was ok until one waiter would keep explaining that the ALREADY INCLUDED 10% tip are shared amongst 40 people and being very intrusive in asking for additional tip. Would not leave our table before. All this accompanied by a nice game of soccer on tv (fine dining right here ladies and gentlemen) as well as a Sound System with a hiccup playing banal music.
I always remember the first time I went to this restaurant with my boyfriend. It was one of the best experiences without a doubt. One thing that I liked very much was when the waiter brought me the same dish that was a risotto with seafood, I don't remember exactly the name but this one smelled delicious, it had a wonderful appearance that even made me sad to eat it. Another thing I cannot fail to mention is the friendly atmosphere and the excellent attention of the establishment. One problem with the restaurant is that there are no parking lots and we had to leave the car outside on the street. However, at that time of night there are people who take care of them but all that is forgotten when you try the first bite of any dish on the menu, it is an amazing taste sensation. Noe is certainly a wonderful place to go for dinner with your partner or family, although not as cheap as other restaurants of the same kind but worth going to.
Service very good, salmon teriyaki very good, as well the sushi bonsai combo...
Very nice restaurant, great sushi and amazing service
The price was expensive, but the food was delicious and the restaurant atmosphere was good. However, the female staff who served us seemed to be racists. We didn't get the right service and it seems to be ignored. All of the experience here was a bad memory, and we will not go back to this restaurant again.
