To my fellow Americans and Foreigners looking to do Business or have any legal work done in Ecuador. STAY AWAY from this firm. They are simply not serious. I had been in touch with Klever Chila and Olinda Vera on two time sensitive issues and either they took DAYS to respond, or simply never responded! This was after multiple assurances over the phone that they would. I have never dealt with a firm so unprofessional anywhere in the world. Their lack of urgency and customer service is frankly embarrassing... Keep in mind - this is while they were trying to get my business. I'm thankful I did not give them a dime. Había estado en contacto con Klever Chila y Olinda Vera en dos asuntos delicados y simplemente se demoraron DÍAS en responder, o simplemente nunca respondieron! Esto fue después de múltiples garantías por teléfono de que lo harían. Nunca he tratado con una firma tan poco profesional en ningún lugar del mundo. Su falta de urgencia y servicio al cliente es francamente vergonzoso ... Tenga en cuenta que esto es mientras intentaban conseguir mi negocio. Estoy agradecido de no haberles dado un centavo.
