I love this place, the service was really good and efficient, the people who works there are very gentle and polite. The menu is very easy to go through, you just need to take the Qr code and automatically you can see the menu in your phone. There they offer breakfast, desserts and coffee of course and let me tell you that their coffee is really good and the have their own coffee brand as well as promos so, One word for that "Practical". They are open 9:00am to 7:30pm from Monday to Friday and the offer delivery and pickup as well

CAFÉ GALLETTI: NO FREELOADERS ALLOWED Not in those printed words, but essentially that’s the new message that Galletti’s administrative management is sending to its customers starting 2020. Today, on Valentine’s Day, my heart is broken. I’m disappointed, to say the least. Such a chic, cool, clean brand with locations across Quito and a coffee community that loves and appreciates the atmosphere and ambiance that Galletti has taken the time for so long to create and build – to go ahead and ruin it by putting up a sign that reads: “ANTI-COFFEE. You don’t buy products of drinks? Don’t worry. You can buy this space and internet time for 3.50 per hour.” It’s just plain tacky and tasteless. It’s not good business to force your regular or non-regular customers to consume – they are part of the community that it’s taken you so much time to build, and now you are going to weed them out because sometimes they consume and other times they don’t? Really? I mean, are you really losing that much money by letting a guy or girl sit for a few hours using your Wi-Fi, even if the café is more that 70% empty? Really? I don’t know of any other café/restaurant in Quito that tells you boldly and politely “Well, you are welcomed to stay and use our Wi-Fi, but we are going to charge you 3.50 per hour, regardless whether our café is busy or not. This is our business policy.” I strongly advise Galleti’s management to reconsider their approach to people who sometimes consumes and sometimes they don’t. You are not losing money – you are losing loyalty. They are part of your brand’s community – gift them the time and space to enjoy your space now and them. Don’t push them out and don’t force them to consume. Don’t be so “Profit-Focused.” I know times are rough for many businesses, but this is the wrong approach to dip into your fan’s pockets.
Update your hours. Don't make people come all the way over and find the place closed because you are too lazy to edit your Google listing.
Love this cute cafe. I do believe it could be better maintained.
Ricoooo..
Really good local coffee with Italian roast technology. Ok pastries and great chocolate also hot cocoa mugs. Love the fact that they support a woman's coffee growers co-op. "Cafe Mujer".
