My first time in this Hospital. Every moment I was received by somebody who was very kind: cashier, receptionist, guards, etc. I arranged my appointment on internet, and after selecting the specialist, day and hour I had to transfer USD 25 which I consider a reasonable amount of money for this great place. The doctor's attention was very good. Covid protocols are well managed.

I prefer this hospital better than Metropolitano. Its not that biiiig hospital that get you confused. Its a family hospital so you will find various doctor specialists. The customer service is friendly, they have whatsapp customer service but rather slow to respond (because they have lots of patients). Be sure to come early. Also, they have pharmacy inside the hospital so its very convenient to get meds right after consulting with doctor. Price is reasonable & experienced doctor. They dont speak English but nevertheless we understand each other with help of Google translate. Important note: doctor only available from Monday - Friday, on weekend you will be served in Emergency Unit. This is common practice in Ecuador Instagram & Youtube: Merrie Elizabeth

Hospital Vozandes is probably the best hospital I have ever been to. The doctors and nurses were very caring and helpful. It was clean and inexpensive for both emergency and overnight care.

It has competitive prices for general medicine. It can get a little bit crowded at times and finding a parking spot in the street can be frustrating. It is clean and you can even make appointments via phone call. There is a wide selection for specialists as well.

Excelente atención del personal médico y administrativo a excepción del de seguridad que ni ayudan ni saben. El día que fui había mucha gente, con protocolos justitos en materia de covid (me dio la sensación de una ventilación mínima en el interior)
