Great place for after hours cocktails with friends. However the service should improve a little. When we visited the place, I had to ask the waiter for water at least 3 times before whe gave it to me. Other than that it is the best rooftop in Quito.

Nice Views, but the staff is not so friendly, prices are high and they demand that you get a reservation before coming.
