Not only is Luis a great travel agent, he is also a nice guy too. He gave me some good advice about places I planned on traveling to and wasn't pushy about selling tours. His prices are fair and he practices biosecurity measures in his shop so you can feel safe if you wish to go in the store. Only thing: I don't recommend the private bus to the Amazon. While it is true (like Luis said) that they will drop you off close to your accommodation in Quito, we found they took the same amount of time as the public bus because they don't leave on time, and they are 3x more expensive. Take the public bus!

Best Service and Information! We highly recommend a visit here! The man knows what he's talking about! He offered a lot of different options and knows all pro and cons! Unfortunately we had to pay cash and were not able to get the money until we leave quito. We are very very sorry Luis!!! All the best for you and your team!
Great service and excellent value for money. Luis is very open, and has good humor too. One of the employees even showed us to our hostel, and to the nearest open hospital since I wasn't feeling so well. Five stars, and a big thank you!
We booked our tour to the amazonas at this place. Luis was really friendly and explained all the things to us. The price was good. Unfortunately not everything went the way he told us. And the private bus which is more expensive is way less comfortable than the public one. We still had the most amazing time in the jungle and you should definitely go there when in ecuador. We stayed at the nicky lodge which is absolutely overwhelming
