So far so bad.... I have not been with Saludsa for very long but if anything changes I will change this review. So far I have been denied any reimbursement because things are "pre existing" that have nothing to do with anything else. The only doctor I have seen with Salud charged me 50 for a visit when the app says 26. They have a great system on the app Cero Tramites which means Cero reembolso - Cero descuento en medicos - Cero respuesta porque.

I'm writing this in warning to foreign residents looking to fulfill the new health insurance requirement and considering SALUD SA. I've had problem after problem with this company and their lack of professionalism. I've been given false information about my monthly cuota not once, but twice (after I downgraded my plan). The vendor who registered me explicitly lied about the amount of my monthly premium and did a number of other unprofessional things when inscribing me, including listing a false bank account on my application that I didn't consent to. I filed an official complaint with the company about her behavior, providing them evidence of my conversations with the vendor that clearly demonstrate wrongdoing, and more or less got a shrug from headquarters, telling me that they couldn't do anything and I'd have to pay an amount I didn't agree to. I downgraded my plan and was told it would be a certain monthly price, then got billed 15 dollars more. When I went to their office to ask what had happend, they explained that the price I had been told repeatedly was only "approximate" as if it were completely normal to quote someone a price knowing full well that that price would increase with administrative and 'other' costs. The word "approximately" isn't synonymous with "plus administrative and other costs," but it is a way for them to lure in more customers. My recommendation is that you do your research before signing up with SALUD SA, consider other companies, and be prepared for a lot of headache with these guys.
Señores por favor no se dejen engañar, este podría decir que es uno de los peores seguros del ecuador. Tal parece que solo les interesa recibir el mensual y a la hora de dar cobertura médica , buscan hasta las “5 patas al gato” para no aprobar, todo a su conveniencia. engaños y más engaños a los afiliados. NO lo recomiendo, es mejor buscar un seguro donde si les importe la salud de los que somos socios.

No cumplen con lo estipulado, Me atendi con 2 de sus doctores y me dijeron que tengo faringuitis que no necesitaba realizarme la prueba de covid pero porque no mejore con lo que me dieron aun asi decidi hacerme la prueba y salio positiva y ahora no me quieren renvolsar.

Es la peor empresa aseguradora, en mi trabajo en el 2014 estuve asegurada con SALUD y tuve un problema de quistes en mis senos... seguí en tratamiento y me recuperé, han pasado 5 años me casé soy mamá y nuevamente aparecieron los quistes .... no me cubren porque yo ya tuve en el 2014 eso y no declare eso en mi actual contrato! Como rayos me voy acordar de eso para decirles ... son unos esafadores... y no me van a cubrir
Son uan estafa la vendedora aquí en Loja me ofreció el oro y moro con el seguro pero cuando me fui atender lo primero que piden es el montón de papeles de ahí esperar disque a presentar para el desembolso que nunca me hicieron porque disque yo ya he tenido esa enfermedad son lo peor nunca me devolvieron los 300 dolares que gaste en atenderme ni medicinas nada no recomiendo para nada este seguro
