Dr Toral has been my family's doctor for almost 9 years. Before returning to Ecuador he studied and practiced medicine in the USA for several years. He understands routine checkups and preventive care. He speaks perfect English. He will work co-operatively with your USA doctors. He has office hours both at Hospital Inez and Hospital del Rio. Fortunately I have not had a major illiness while here in Ecuador but I am confident that he would be able to guide me through any medical need. While he is not the cheapest doctor in town I want my medical care to be the best and in this case I think you get what you pay for. My health is worth paying for the best.
