They have a Banco de Guayaquil, A Gym and a Computer store. Everything besides these three are just quick bite places. As most people enjoy their lunch hour here. Pretty much at 12pm you get a lunch crowd rush or a bank rush. The rest of the day it is pretty open to go and do your thing there.

I feel this place should have more movement than it does. Though it's not surprising since most of the stores are not meant to keep people in and around, but rather to make them do what they need to do and then get out. There's a paid parking lot but you can present your purchase/consumption invoice from one of the stores to be exempted from paying it.
